It is a myth that strength is measured by how much you alone can endure. Strength requires three things (in my opinion): confidence, courage and connection. We need to allow ourselves to ask for help from our networks when we're carrying more than we can handle. If our networks don't encourage us, help us build our self-confidence or connect us to purpose and each other... we need new networks. Don't stay with people or jobs that expect you to carry the weight of the world.... alone.
